The site
Boisar, Tarapur MIDC
A single, centrally managed manufacturing site in Boisar (Tarapur MIDC), Maharashtra, about 100 km from Mumbai: a CGMP-compliant facility of approximately 3,976 m², with dedicated production blocks per API category alongside QC/QA and warehouse space.
Reactor suite
8 stainless-steel and 6 glass-lined reactors
The plant runs 8 stainless-steel reactors (500 L–2,500 L) and 6 glass-lined reactors (63 L–1,600 L), covering a wide range of reaction chemistries. Steam and dry-heat sterilizers, plus 8 stainless-steel isolators for potent compounds, complete the core production floor.
Sterile & lyophilization lines
Multiple lyophilizers, including 140 L and 400 L units

Containment
Cat III & IV containment, glove-box technology
A dedicated Cat III & IV containment facility, with glove-box technology for cytotoxic substances, supports potent-compound manufacturing. Control systems across the plant are fully automated and GAMP-compliant.
