Where you'd work

The plant behind the roles

Mac-Chem's primary site, at Boisar (Tarapur MIDC), runs oncology, lyophilized bulk sterile, and general API manufacturing across reactors, isolators, and multiple lyophilizers, supported by a technical team of 41 scientists in synthesis and analytics, plus a DSIR-approved R&D lab. Roles sit across four functions: Manufacturing (reactor and lyophilization operations), Quality (QA/QC and regulatory inspection readiness across the site's accreditations), Projects & Engineering (capital projects, equipment installation, and utility qualification), and R&D (process development feeding the API pipeline). Department photography is not yet available.
